DELIVERY AND RETURNS

 

1. DELIVERY

All orders are dispatched and shipped on the same day if you place your order before 10am (except on week-ends and bank holidays). You'll be notified by e-mail once the parcel is shipped and you'll receive a tracking number to follow the delivery of your parcel.

SHIPMENT FEES

DELIVERY IN FRANCE  FREE OVER 39€

Home delivery via Colissimo within 48/72h in France mainland : 5€, free over 39€

Home delivery via chronopost before 1pm the next day France mainland : 15€

DELIVERY IN EUROPE FREE OVER 100€

Home delivery via colissimo in 4 to 7 days : 8€, free over 100€

DELIVERY WORLDWIDE FREE OVER 100€

Home delivery via Colissimo Expert in 4 to 10 jours according to the destination : 15€ free over 100€

Christmas time :

Order before 20/12 10am for a shipment Christmas via Chronopost.

2. RETURNS

RETURNS

If THE FRENCH GAME makes a mistake in the order or sends o product with manufacturing issue, THE FRENCH GAME will carry the cost of the return shipment. Otherwise, the cost of the return shipment will be carried by the customer.

You have received your items but the size or the shape doesn't fit ? No worries, we accept returns up to 15 days after you received your parcel.

REFUND
If you change your mind within fifteen (15) days after the date of the order you can have a voucher valid for 6 months, or you can get 100% refund*.

*Note // Products should be returned in perfect condition, i.e. unworn and unwashed.

3.  RETURN PROCESS

The customer will make a return request of the products on the website www.thefrenchgame.com in the field "my account / order history and details".

The risk of the return is carried by the customer. The products must be in perfect condition, i.e. unworn and unwashed) at following address:

4. LEADTIME

When your product will be refunded, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

The refund will be completed within fifteen (15) days after receiving the product. The refund will be automaticall credited to the account linked to the credit card used for the payment, or on the paypal account used for the payment. In cas of payment done by bank transfer, we will contact you to define the refund process.
