These fancy vegan braces are made by our expert French bretellier in the Lyon region. He has been preserving his exceptional skills for 3 generations. The inserts are made from a vegan material of plant origin used as an alternative to animal leather. This natural material comes from the waste products of the wine-making process: grapes, skins and seeds. The grape pomace is crushed and then mixed with a vegetable oil. The result is a bio-composite that is spread over a base of recycled fabrics. The resulting material is resistant and durable. "Stretching, abrasion, tearing, wear and tear", the vegan grape material used in these braces has passed all the ISO quality tests that animal leathers undergo.
